At Nerdy Blondy, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or no longer want the product.

Exceptions
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
• You received the wrong item, or
• Your item arrived damaged or defective

In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at nerdyblondyshop@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
